These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and LPE888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at lpe888.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

LPE888 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and related gaming services primarily to users based in Malaysia. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and LPE888.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The personal account registered by a User on the LPE888 Platform, used to access Services and maintain a balance.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of cleared funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by the Company, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and proof-of-address checks required under anti-money-laundering protocols.
• "Platform" / "Service" — The website, mobile site, applications, and all gaming products accessible via lpe888.cam.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total betting volume a User must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or Company policy.

To register and maintain an Account on the LPE888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with LPE888 or under any applicable responsible gambling self-exclusion programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of LPE888 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or suppliers.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by LPE888 for breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

LPE888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during withdrawal processing. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible person may hold only one registered Account on the LPE888 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Malaysia. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). LPE888 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

LPE888 conducts identity verification checks pursuant to applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit copies of your MyKad, a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 3 months), and a selfie with identification prior to processing withdrawals or at the Company's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

Access to and use of the LPE888 Platform is subject to the following general terms of use, in addition to all product-specific rules applicable to individual game types:

• You may access the Platform for your own personal entertainment and wagering purposes only. Commercial use, systematic data extraction, scraping, or automated interaction with the Platform is prohibited without the express written consent of LPE888.
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves an element of financial risk and that it is your responsibility to determine whether participation in gaming activities is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• LPE888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.
• All gaming outcomes on the LPE888 Platform are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer operations. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
• You agree that all bets are final once confirmed. Requests for cancellation or amendment after a bet has been accepted will not be entertained except in specific circumstances outlined in Section 6 of these Terms.

6.1 Sports Betting

LPE888 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, AFF Cup, World Cup qualifiers), UFC, basketball, and tennis. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play bet acceptance is subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice during periods of high volatility or technical review.

6.2 Asian Handicap and Over-Under Markets

Asian Handicap bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing sports authority. In the event of match postponement or abandonment, bets will be void unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time. Over-Under (Totals) bets are settled on the full-time result inclusive of any added time but exclusive of extra time and penalty shootouts, unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino and live casino games on the LPE888 Platform are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The displayed RTP (Return to Player) for slot games represents the theoretical long-term payout rate certified by the game studio and does not guarantee results in any individual session.

6.4 Voided Bets

LPE888 reserves the right to void any bet where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) the bet was placed using information unavailable to the general market at the time of placement; or (c) there is evidence of manipulation of the underlying event.

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

LPE888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

7.2 Currency

All transactions on the LPE888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmed receipt.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are generally processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take 5–30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times (typically 15–30 minutes for USDT TRC20). LPE888 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

7.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations

LPE888 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where practicable. The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Failure to comply with such requests may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

LPE888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the following general provisions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the eligible registered account holder and may not be transferred, bartered, or sold.
• LPE888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions that have already been credited to active accounts and where wagering has commenced will not be retroactively altered.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may face account termination.
• Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year to the verified account of the eligible tier member during their birth month, subject to account being in good standing.
• Referral bonuses are credited once per qualifying referral. Self-referrals and referrals involving the same device, payment method, or household are not eligible.

LPE888 will honour all self-exclusion requests without exception and will not reverse a self-exclusion during the elected exclusion period, including where the Player requests reversal.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the LPE888 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest purpose.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation and betting on events in which you have inside knowledge or a personal interest that could constitute insider trading.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing LPE888 staff or other users via any communication channel.

All content on the LPE888 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, brand names, and game designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of LPE888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of LPE888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LPE888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure disruptions.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected.

LPE888's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining cleared balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method subject to standard KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by LPE888

LPE888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to pass KYC verification; account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months; or receipt of a valid regulatory, law enforcement, or court order requiring account action.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months are classified as inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive account balances on a monthly basis after written notice is provided to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain account activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and LPE888 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The Company's internal complaints procedure is available by contacting our support team at the details provided in Section 16.

LPE888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
